1.1. The Reskube Home provides ‘always on’ power and internet for individual workers, remotely or in an office. 1.2. Each Reskube Home you are purchasing will have the following features: a) An uninterrupted power supply to equipment attached to Reskube. b) Automatic failover to the mobile network (mobile coverage dependent on location) during a broadband failure. c) It will connect into your existing home network (it doesn’t replace but works in parallel) and creates a resilient network for you to connect your devices (PC / Laptop, Tablet, Mobile). d) It will have the mobile network configured as the primary internet feed. 1.3. Reskube Home is unlocked, and any mobile carrier in the UK using the following frequency bands are compatible: a) 4G (LTE-FDD): B1 (2100 MHz), B3 (1800 MHz), B7 (2600 MHz), B8 (900 MHz), B20 (800 MHz), B28A (700 MHz) b) 3G: B1 (2100 MHz), B8 (900 MHz) c) 2G: B3 (1800 MHz), B8 (900 MHz) 1.4. 1.16. Through this service, you will have access to a Remote Management System (RMS) per Reskube Unit that you purchase (subject to a minimum of 5 Reskube Units). 1.17. You will have access to the RMS portal (hosted on Amazon Web Services (RMS)), which will provide secure monitoring and management of all your Reskube Units. 1.18. Your Reskube Units will automatically connect to your RMS environment securely over the Internet (via your broadband or mobile network). 1.19. Reskube Units can be easily imported either individually or large-scale via csv file importing and named accordingly. 1.20. Through Reskube RMS, either individual, multiple or all Reskube Units can have their WebUI password changed. 1.21. Through Reskube RMS, you will be able to view a dashboard, allowing quick visibility of variables including online status and mobile signal quality. 1.22. Reskube RMS will provide alerts that will be sent to the email address you provide. 1.23. Both single (one time) and periodic (automatically generated over a specific period) reporting is available. Reporting will be displayed within Reskube RMS and can be viewed or exported as a PDF. Please note that the main RMS API is a RESTful interface, providing programmatic access to much of the data and actions in the system. 1.24. As part of this service, we will provide detailed onboarding of the services and support included. We will communicate the contact details of your allocated Technical Account Manager, who will provide additional support as required. |
